Hot damn, are you in luck. If you know Wicked Faire, then you have some idea what we mean when we say shaping up to be a richer, bigger, and sweeter thing than last year. If you don’t know Wicked, then I’ll tell you: you’re looking at the ticket page for an event which is going to offer you an insane amount of joy for a just plain ridiculously low price. Take advantage of it. Use the savings to buy shirts, gifts for your friends, and – hey, why not? – more tickets. Your friends will love you.
This page will offer you more than tickets this year – because we’ve created something called the Very Merry Unbirthday Party (with presents!), specifically to add to your good times as cheaply as humanly possible. And, because that might, just possibly, not be QUITE enough goodness… there’s something we’re calling Jeff Mach’s Wicked Game!
Our ticket goal every year is simple: to underprice these tickets to a truly ridiculous degree, so that we can try to make the event affordable for everyone. If you’re not familiar with Wicked Faire, we start by offering you so much entertainment that it would oversatiate a six-legged Arcturan donkey, assuming that six-legged Arcturan donkeys really love to be entertained, which they do. I mean, our serious and literal goal is to offer you, every three to four hours, enough entertainment that you’d be paying the price of our entire weekend admission just to go see it elsewhere.
On top of that, we offer a truly insane amount of other fun things, ideas, and unique concepts…plus the parties, games, and a chance to live temporarily in a twisted Wonderland created for your amusement and edification.
And that’s before going into the special extras, surprises, and random joys you’ll find if you search through the whole hotel, seek out hidden crannies and bonus extras and Easter eggs and bonus bloopers reel and…well, the metaphor stretches, but you get the picture. But…

Yes! Despite having even more entertainment than last year (YES, it’s possible. It just involved time travel and multidimensional event-cramming) – the prices are STILL at last year’s level, and that means OUR RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING GIFT CERTIFICATE DEALS. That’s right…by ordering in advance, you not only save money flat-out, but ALSO get gift certificates good for any vending within the Faire! AS well as performer tipping! You can use them to buy t-shirts! You can use them to buy tickets for your friends who are getting tickets at the door! They’re amazing!!!

We’re sorry: Unbirthday Gifts are sold out! While we’re looking into additional sources, we may not have any more available. We apologize — they went fast!
Some might simply wish you a merry unbirthday. Not us! We plan to show you one! We’ve been spending our time buying, creating, and getting our vendors to contribute all manner of amazing gifts. And we’re offering them to you – for the completely berserkly cheap price of $5 apiece. Buy yourself an unbirthday gift! Buy yourself several! Ten! Twenty! Or at least two or three…you’re worth it.
Give gifts to your friends! Give gifts to yourself! Take a chance and see whether you end up with your favorite things ever! (In which case, you’re a cheap date, but we’re not complaining.) For each one you buy, we’ll give you a special unbirthday present at random. We try hard to make sure that every present is good stuff, donated by our vendors, or by our friends at other events, or our performers, or sometimes, our staff. And there will be enough variety that if you get something you don’t like, you should be able to find someone who’ll trade you something you’ll love.
AND! If you buy at least one Wicked Gift, we’ll give you a free invite to our Unbirthday Party, too! It will be a grand affair, and you might even meet a Jabberwock! …not that that’s a good thing, necessarily…”

REALLY IMPORTANT NOTE: Any admissions purchased after 9 a.m., February 1st, 1010 will come with one fewer gift certificate–that is, Friday advance tickets come with none, and all-weekend tickets come with one. If you purchased your tickets before that time, you’ll still get the full number–one gift cert. for Saturday, two for the weekend.
