Labyrinth 07 Hotel Rooms

The Holiday Inn | Floor Categories | Booking a Room

No more rooms available. If you need a room, contact Jeff Mach and he'll try to help.

Wicked Events tend to have a lot of socializing going on throughout the hotels we inhabit. This is a good thing, and we encourage it!

However, we also want to try to help make everyone as comfortable as possible. So we are designating different floors for different interests--this is particularly to help create "quiet floors", because not everyone wants to socialize/party/game/hang out in the wee hours of the night. We may actually call people to make sure they are on the floors they desire; and we do reserrve the right to move folks who are accidentally booked into the reserved floors; again, if we need to do this, we'll try to call you.

Some VERY IMPORTANT NOTES --we'll make it brief.

Before anything else, please be aware that this is something we are instituting for your convenience. The hotel is not able to dictate what happens on what floors, NOR WILL THEY KNOW, WHEN YOU CALL, WHICH FLOORS ARE WHAT. Their booking simply doesn't work that way. If you want to be on a specific floor, you will need to ask for that floor (Floor List). Be aware that, if you want a given kind of room, and they don't have any on the floor you request, they will try to book you into a different floor; that's what they're trained to do.

Also: Use common sense. Even though we have the whole hotel booked, our contract requires that people be respectful of noise concerns, wear public-appropriate clothing in common areas (including hallways), and suchlike.

Finally, three rules:

1. On the one hand, we take responsibility only for the actual, official, scheduled events. We are NOT responsible for events which take place in various peoples' private hotel rooms and such. Nor can we guarantee that a given floor will absolutely have certain characteristics; we cannot magically make sure everyone is quiet on a quiet floor, for example (though we'll certainly try.)

2. On the other hand, it's our goal to help make this a fun, safe environment where people can have a good time; also, should people do really stupid things, it can affect the event as a whole. In general, what you do in the private of your hotel rooms is your business, as it should be, as long as it doesn't disturb your neighbors. But in specific, if you are doing things that the hotel deems dangerous or harmful, they have the legal option of kicking you out without a refund. In the unlikely event that this happens, if you were doing dumb stuff or being disrespectful to neighbors, we are likely to side with the hotel.

3. At times, fire marshalls and the Edison Police will be stopping through the building's hallways and common areas. This is not because we think there'll be any trouble; it's simply because they are much more comfortable if they can walk around and make sure everything is cool, and we agree.
