What, Where, When, Why, How
WHAT: "The Wicked Labyrinth - More Than Faire", a huge, genre-crossing more-than-Renfaire festival
WHEN: September 28th (evening/late-night) & 29th (daytime to late-night). The vendor floor will be open BOTH days!
WHERE: The Holiday Inn of Edison, NJ. 22,000 square feet of space, plus another 10,000 in common areas, hallways, and other space that we will be using. It has 184 sleeping rooms, which includes a suite on each floor. We will have performances in most suites, as well as special activities in most hallways and in many rooms.
WHY: Because it's time to create a unique, major festival which serves an enormous variety of different people of non-mainstream interests.
HOW: By decorating the hell out of the hotel, bringing in tons of performances, adding gaming, filming, a full-scale LARP, other entertainment, seminars, workshops, and a hell of a lot of fun.

New this time around....
We agree, the Expo Center was too cold.... But both events are going to be in a brand-new location.... a hotel that's heated and comes with electricity, being made available to all of you this time at no extra charge!
We heard you, it's hard for vendors to leave their booths to get food... this time, we're doing the food ourselves and we're going to make arrangements so you folks can eat! And we also have some of our vendors vending from rooms this time....rooms that can be locked when they leave, so their merchandise is secure while they grab food or go explore the Faire.
You were right, our events other than the Faire are usually smaller. But this season, we decided to go full force and do one large event in addition to the Faire, rather than two small ones. Both the Faire and the Labyrinth are going to be bigger in scope, space, staff, and entertainment than any Wicked Faire has been so far!
But, never fear, a larger space doesn't mean more vendors or more competition... In fact, we're limiting our number of vendors even more this time, to better concentrate on being a really vendor-friendly show!

Vending Details
LABYRINTH VENDING INFORMATION: We are offering only THIRTY vendors on the main floor; cost is now $175 per 10' x 10' space. Vending space is also available from sleeping rooms; we will be having numerous attractions and activities, as well as clear signage, to entice people to these sleeping rooms. These spots are now $100 each, with your purchase of the sleeping room; connected rooms are available should you like more space.

-The Wicked Labyrinth is a full-scale event; we are renting the -same- amount of space for it as for the Wicked Faire.
-The space is an ENTIRE hotel, filled ENTIRELY with our patrons--all 184 rooms of it! There are no outside guests to worry about.
-It's got electricity, heat, nice furniture, warm settings, a restaurant, and a liquor license.
-We are KEEPING and EXPANDING our Renaissance Faire roots, with MORE Renaissance cast, more decoration/atmosphere, and more Renaissance entertainment.
-AND, we are EXPANDING into a new, additional market of gamers and gaming. We've always attracted gamers; now we're bringing in excellent gaming, with experienced people making it happen.
-Also, we'll be marketing to the Fetish world as we run a Kinky Renaissance Faire (non-kinky vendors wanted for this event as well...email if you're interested!) for the Northeast's largest fetish event, The Floating World.
