We have a special place in our heart for web-cartoonists, cartoonists, comic book artists, and graphic novelists. So, if you are one, or if you know one, or if you love them... this section is for you!

What kind of involvement are we looking for from you?

...well, that depends... how would you like to be involved?

Publicity (for us AND for you!)

First of all, you'd totally rock our socks and we'd heart you forever if you'd put something Labyrinth related in one of your comics/cartoons, and maybe even put a little note with a link to our website.

And, in case you didn't want to do it just for the sake of rocking our socks ....We'd totally link to your comic/cartoon or your site on our main event site and on our highly popular LiveJournal community in exchange!

Art Show...

Now, I know... webcomics, comics, cartoons, and graphic novels aren't usually the kind of thing you'd find at an art-show, but... we're totally a non-traditional event and we break all the rules!

So, if you want the chance to display some of your best, your funniest, your favorite, or your latest comics/cartoons... The Art Show is definitely a great option for you!

What it would mean: Printing out your stuff in color so we could display them at our Show. Art Show prices are generally running $20 per 4' x 4' panel (up to 3 per artist), but we'll cut you folks a special deal, since it entails printing and prepping your work and offer you a special rate of $15 per 4' x 4' panel. A table is also available for $10.

Free wireless internet will be available, so you can bring along a laptop and use your table so folks can browse the strips that didn't make the cut on your panel.

Cartoonists Corner...

Another new thing at this event is that we're planning on creating what we call a "Cartoonists Corner" on one of the floors of the hotel.

Some rooms on that floor will be showing anime, others will have lessons in cartoon drawing with lots of drawing supplies, and others hopefully will have you folks showing off your work to our interested audience! (And, if you commission pieces, it's a great opportunity to meet potential costumers.)

Basically, the way it works is you can join our Cartoonists Corner and have the opportunity to share your work, meet fans, and more...

for a fee of $50, plus the cost of your hotel room. We'll also give your comic a hyperlink on our website and you'll get a listing on the Big Board at our event and up to THREE free tickets to the event (already a $45 value!). And your hotel room is yours to sleep-in or party-in all night after the event!

OR

if you have t-shirts or buttons or books or...anything else you'd like to sell from a room in the Corner, then it'd be $100, plus the cost of your hotel room. And, in addition to the right to sell stuff, the opportunity to share your work, meet fans, and more... You'll get a comic or a graphical banner with your comic's logo on our website, a listing on the Big Board at the event, and upto SIX free tickets to the event (a $90 value!). Your hotel room is yours to sleep-in or party-in all night after the event!

The Cartoonists Corner will also include a varied selection of Anime and Hentai and folks are welcome to suggest their favorites.
